Check your packing slip and order to make sure the item shipped. We ship items as they become available, so it's very possible you will receive multiple shipments on an order with multiple items.
If the item is on your packing slip and you still cannot locate it, contact customer support with your order number and let them know what item is missing. Our customer support team will attempt to locate the missing item, or will replace it if it can't be found.
Missing items and shipping claims need to be filed within 30 days of the order being delivered. If the shipment is older than 30 days, a claim cannot be filed for a missing or lost item.
