My order had damaged, defective, or missing items

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item - Please email a photo of the damage or defect with your order number to our customer support team.

Damaged items and shipping claims need to be filed within 30 days of the order being delivered. If the shipment is older than 30 days, a claim cannot be filed for a damaged item.
