Return Eligibility
Return eligibility varies by product and is noted on each product page and in your order confirmation. If a product is ineligible for return, this information will appear within the product description and in the Shipping and Returns details.
Return Requirements

- Products must be sent back within 30 days of delivery.
- Furniture, custom lighting, ceiling fans, and door sets are not eligible for returns.
- Items should be unopened, unused, uninstalled, and in original condition and packaging.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Options

- Store Credit: Customers returning merchandise for store credit may do so without a domestic shipping fee.
- Refund to Original Payment: Customers returning merchandise for a refund are responsible for shipping & restocking; a $14.99 fee will be deducted from the refund.
- International Returns: Accepted, though a prepaid shipping label is not provided.
Additional Return Policies

- Gift Returns: Eligible for store credit only. For assistance with a gift return, please contact us.
- Large Rug Returns (8' x 10' or larger): A $125 restocking fee will apply. For assistance with returning a large rug, please contact us.
Important Note
Schoolhouse monitors return activity to prevent abuse and may limit returns or exchanges as necessary. All returns are subject to review and approval at Schoolhouse's discretion. If a return is not approved, the item will not be returned to you.
