In the event that your order is returned to us due to its inability to be delivered, your order will be refunded back onto your original method of payment. Your order's tracking will read "returned to sender."
Please note that this does not apply to non-returnable items. In the event that a custom or non-returnable item is sent back to Schoolhouse, it may be subject to a restocking fee.
Remember to verify your shipping address upon receipt of your order confirmation. If you notice any errors with your address, name, or contact information - please contact us within one business day so that we can correct it.
