Unfortunately, once an order has been processed we have a very limited window to cancel. Occasionally, this is the case even when the ship date is a few days away, since catching or pulling an order requires time and labor, and is dependent upon factors like the warehouse and studio staff’s capacity.
If you've ordered a manufactured item and wish to make any changes to your order, they must be done within one business day of your purchase. Orders are immediately released to production once they are placed. In certain cases, orders may be shipped prior to the one-business-day window.
We’re so sorry in advance for the inconvenience. If you wind up in the latter position, you can still return the item for a refund. Just contact us as soon as you receive it (please let us know that you wanted to cancel but couldn’t), and we’ll set you up with a return label.
