Orders are released immediately after they are placed. If you need to cancel an order please reach out as soon as possible so that we can attempt to cancel the order. We are unable to make any changes to an order, including updating the shipping address. A change request will result in a cancellation if we are able to accommodate.
We are not able to add items to orders after the order has entered our system.
