How can I edit or change my order?

Orders are released immediately after they are placed. If you need to edit or change an order please reach out as soon as possible so that we can attempt to update shipping addresses, cancel items or orders, update finishes, or change additional product details. 

We are not able to add items to orders after the order has entered our system. 

To make changes, please contact our customer support team with your order number and requested changes. 

Please note that we are not able to change the shipping address on items that ship with a 3rd party freight carrier, such as furniture and rugs. We ask that you double-check the address before placing your order.
